Yvonne Lumsden was raised in the wilds of Scotland by her farmer father and her mother, the village midwife, who inspired her holistic approach to health and wellbeing.  

Yvonne is a Tantric relationship and sexuality coach. She is also a traditional Reiki Master, teacher and practitioner, as well as a bodyworker and aromatherapist, and talented artist and photographer.

Yvonne has trained as a general and mental health nurse specialising in drug and alcohol counselling and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Addictive Behaviour.

After being introduced to Reiki in 1994, Yvonne’s love for the healing practice flourished. Her Reiki journey has since taken her around the world and continues unabated. Yvonne seeks to encourage those with whom she connects to ‘dance to the beat of their own drum’. She guides individuals, couples and families to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, create more intimate relationships, and lead lives of greater consciousness.

Through art and photography, Yvonne’s creativity mirrors her life theme of exploring the wondrous depth of the human spirit and revealing its strength and potential. For Yvonne, Heart of the Flower showcases the resilience and beauty of women through the unique splendor of their natural counterpart.

Yvonne facilitates programs in Tantra, sexuality, personal development and bodywork with the Awakening Within Foundation, which was founded by Andrew Barnes in 2005. She also advocates the benefits of a conscious approach to sexual wellbeing at Australian and international conferences.

In 2007, Yvonne established ‘OneLove’, through which she offers Reiki classes and treatments, bodywork, and her stunning flower images on canvas.
